The Rohan & Gondor coffee table celebrates the two neighbouring areas of Middle-Earth and the victory for peace by the race of men their courage brought about over the dark powers of Sauron. The curved legged oak table features a solid cast bronze map of Middle-Earth set into its center. The map is highly detailed and very tactile and has been specially reproduced for Middle Earth Furniture using the latest Photocasting technology. The map features the areas of Rohan and Gondor and the surrounding lands. The soldiers of Gondor and the Riders of Rohan play a critical role in the Wars Of The Ring including the battle of Pelennor fields and defeat of the dark Lord Sauron. Aragorn of the fellowship is later crowned King of Gondor and reunited with his people. Carved around the edge of the table is a motif from the people of Gondor and carved into the shelf below is the horses heads symbol of the Riders of Rohan. The word Rohan means ’The Horse Lands’.

Designed by Jon Broberg the table is hand made in England by specialist craftsmen using traditional joinery methods with oak from sustainable forests. The table is distressed and hand finished to give an aged appearance like a rediscovered relic from the ancient times of Middle-Earth.
